Corporate Mergers sells Irish Country Gold to Frutarom

Flavour House and E-Liquid Specialist Flavours and Essences has been sold to Frutarom in a deal arranged and led by George Seward of Corporate Mergers Limited. The deal, worth an initial £15m includes further sums based on performance of the Business in the next three years. Management of the Business remain after the sale and both Lee Grimshaw and John Kennedy look forward to continued success.

The Business, known as Irish Country Gold, operates from Blackburn, Lancashire.

Commenting on the acquisition George Seward believes that the Business is an excellent fit for Frutarom and the combination of a world class flavour house with an exciting growing business such as Irish Country Gold represents an excellent opportunity for all concerned.
