Corporate Mergers serves up a tasty deal for owners of Norsted Manor Farm Meat Co.

The Deal, for an undisclosed sum sees the owner Tony Overton merge his business into national Catering Butcher, Underwood Meat Company.

Commenting on the deal, George Seward, MD of Corporate Mergers said “the business is a strong independent operator and specialises in manufacturing and supplying Gourmet sausages for high class restaurants, wine bars, golf clubs and other quality food service establishments in central London and the South East. It will fit very well with the Underwood portfolio.”

The former owner, Tony Overton will remain with the Business and looks forward to continuing its growth with the new owners.

The Business has been operating out of its base near Orpington for many years, which is ideally located for its customers located throughout the South East of England.

The Sale of Norsted Manor Farm Meats was handled by Leicestershire based Corporate Mergers, specialists in the sale of independent food businesses. The project, which kicked-off in January was conducted without any major complications. The Owners aspirations were met and the deal completed within an agreed timescale.
